- Sheet, plates of high accuracy M99.95 (or 99.9)-MP TU14-22-157-2002.
Clean: 99.9 and 99.95%.
Thickness: from 0.3 to 0.51 mm with a tolerance of +/-0.05 mm; over 051 to 38 mm with a tolerance of +/-10%. Other tolerances are established in agreement with the customer.
Width: up to 600 +/- 1.6 mm or +/- 0.8 mm (mechanically treated edges).
Length tolerance: +/-1.6 mm per 305 mm length.
Deviation from flatness: 4-8% depending on the thickness of the rental.
Mechanical properties of rolled in annealed state:
Temporary tear resistance (HRR) of rolled products with a thickness of 0.3 to 0.5 mm not less than 77 kgf/mm sq.
Relative elongation (RL) of at least 6%;
thickness of more than 0.5 to 1.5 mm - HRV at least 74 kgf / mm sq, SR at least 10%;
thickness of more than 1.5 to 12.7 mm – HRV at least 70 kgf/mm sq, RU 18% for a sheet of 2.5-4.75 mm and 10% at least for a sheet thickness of more than 4.75 to 12.7 mm
.
On request, the rental comes with mechanically treated edges and surfaces: milled-Rz40 and polished Ra1.6 μm no more.

Grade: diameter from 3 to 100 mm, length from 100 to 2500 mm.
Without machining, grinded (Ra not more than 2.5 μm) or grinded (with a tolerance of +/-0.05 mm per diameter from 3.18 to 12.7 mm and +/-0.08 mm per diameter over 12.7 mm, Ra not more than 1.25 μm).
The curvature is not more than 1.27 mm by 305 mm of length.
Mechanical properties of the rod in annealed state:
Temporary rupture resistance (HRR), kgf/mm kv, relative elongation (RR),%, hardness HV10 - Disks (thermocompensators) for power semiconductor devices M-MP GOST 17431-72.
Clean: for metal impurities - molybdenum 99.95% at least.
Diameter: from 20 to 80 mm, thickness from 0.8 to 4 mm, depending on the diameter. Diameter tolerances: from -0.12 to 0.18 mm, thickness: from +/-0.06 to +/-0.15 depending on diames. Flatness, non-parallelism, roughness of the discs polished on planes, etc. parameters are regulated by the drawing and order requirements.
