Composite powders PG-U10-N and PG-U5-N.

PG-YU10-N, PG-YU5-N composite powders.

Exothermically reacting powders forming Ni-Al compounds. A regulated thermal effect and good fluidity through the holes of 1.7 - 2.5 mm are guaranteed.
PG-Y5H and PG-Y10H are used as a sublayer and for resizing. Powders based on self-flushing alloys - to create wear-resistant working layers in combination with corrosion resistance. Widely used for the restoration and strengthening of seats parts of vehicles and ship mechanisms.
Particle size: 40-100 μm.
The method of coating: gas flame spraying without melting.
