Alumel NCAC 2-2-1- alloy consisting of the following elements: Ni (93-96%);
Al (1,8-2,5%); Mn (1,8-2,2%); Si (0,8-1,2%).The specific electrical resistance of the alumel alloy is 3.2M10-8 Ohmm, the temperature coefficient of linear expansion of the alumel alloy is 13.7M10-6еC, the density of the alumel alloy is 8480 kg / m3, the melting temperature of the alumel alloy is 1430-1450еC. Alumel alloy makes wire for thermocouples.
