NIKEL Electrolytic Gunpowders
Nickel powders are produced by electrochemical deposition from aqueous solutions of metal salts followed by drying and heat treatment in a reducing medium in accordance with the requirements of the technical conditions:
TU 1793-001-07622839-2002, brand PNE-1, PNE-1 "Lux";
TU 1793-005-07622839-2003, brand A-2;
TU 1793-007-07622839-2004, brand AE-II-BT.
At the request of the customer, the powder can be produced both in accordance with the TU and according to additional requirements.

Application
They are used in powder metallurgy as a nickel-based ligament, for corrosion-resistant or non-magnetic grades of solid alloys, in the production of magnets, batteries, filter elements, electrical contacts, special coatings, dyes, catalysts, welding electrodes, composite adhesives, ferrites, as well as in the creation of wear-resistant coatings on aircraft engines.
Nickel electrodes made from the finest powders are also used in fuel cells. Here, the catalytic properties of nickel and its compounds are of particular importance. Nickel is an excellent catalyst for complex processes occurring in chemical current sources.
