Chemical composition

Sheets are made of tungsten powder PV1, PV2, reduced with hydrogen from tungsten oxide. As a raw material, tungsten oxide with a mass fraction of WO3 of 99.98% is used (typical values - 99.99% WO3 excluding gas-forming elements).

Dimensions, surface conditions
B-MP sheets, plates are made with a thickness of 0.5 to 45 mm, with cropped edges or mechanically processed in accordance with the requirements of the customer.
The roughness of mechanically treated surfaces is established by Ra < 10 μm. Thickness, mm

*The width and length are set depending on the thickness of the plate.

Sheets and plates can be manufactured with other limit sizes in width, length and thickness, for example, thickness from 0.3 mm, according to the agreed wishes of customers.

Flatness
The flatness of thin sheets up to 3 mm thick shall not be > 2 mm per 100 mm long; sheets more than 3 mm thick without machining: < 1 mm per 100 mm long.
At the request of the consumer, sheets are made with increased requirements for flatness.

Absence of internal defects, microstructure, density
According to the agreed wishes of the customer, sheets and plates are supplied with controlled micro and macro structure, mechanical properties and density.
